1.0 Executive Summary
Dream Dishes is a moderately priced restaurant that will offer family-styled food and service including, pork and steak chops, pot roast, and breasted chicken along with generous salads, delicious wraps, and classic hamburgers. Besides, we aim to ensure that everybody’s tastes and preferences are addressed at our 86-seat restaurant. So, we intend to include expert selections of smaller portions and lighter options for the children.
The restaurant will be owned, managed, and operated by family members – Bethwell and Katrina John. Combined, they have more than 20 years of working in key functions within the restaurant and catering industry.
The Johns will put up the restaurant on a 3,000-square-foot space leased in Downtown Ft. Worth – Sundance Square, Fort Worth. The chosen location had been used as a Chinese restaurant before hence, we require a lot of renovations to give it the perfect look and feel that would attract eaters easily.
The ideal choice of décor here will include a contemporary theme featuring wooden accented chairs, blue chairs, and turquoise blue and golden checked tablecloths. In addition, all the dinner-style tables will have comfy and expertly-arranged wooden chairs. A few cushions will be included to boost the comfort level.
