7.0 Management Plan

Dream Dishes will comprise experienced and professional leadership, dedicated to building the best home-style restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas.

7.1       Senior Management

Bethwell and Katrina have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. Both hold business degrees from different universities and have experience working in senior positions. Dream Dishes will rely on the expertise and experience of the Johns to achieve its growth goals.

 

Besides Bethwell and Katrina, Dream Dishes will employ several other individuals to help in the daily running of the business.

 

In the first 6 months, the restaurant will have:

  • 10-12 waiters/waitresses, with 2 serving each shift for a week
  • 2-3 shift managers overseeing shift operations
  • 1 website and social media manager

7.2       Personnel Plan

Initially, the restaurant will be run by Bethwell and Katrina Johns, with help from a few family members. The growth of Dream Dishes will depend on its accurate and efficient implementation of the various strategies and facets outlined in this plan.

 

Each member of Dream Dishes will be highly valued. The restaurant’s mission is to hire and grow a team with a high commitment to excellence and unmatched customer service skills. Such idealism is pioneered by the restaurant owners and is set to be the guiding principle for hiring new team members.
